Well check this out - A 12 year old made his professional debut in Bolivia.

His name is Mauricio Baldivieso and he made his debut for Aurora! Best bit of the story was that he actually cried when someone fouled him. Poor little sod!

Wonder if he’s gonna be in the new football manager?

With the recent news that Jermaine Pennant was given a car and a villa included into his Real Zaragoza contract it got us here wondering whether the new FM2010 should include similar signing on bonuses?

Maybe they should be country specific or even club specific? FMpedia takes a look at what some contracts could look like in FM2010.

Any player signing for Spurs this season has a signing on bonus of shagging Danielle Lloyd (Would love to see that in FM2010).

Also any player that comes to England should have the signing on bonus of a free WAG. There should be  a drop down box where they can choose their free WAG. Hmmm….Aisleyne from BB7, Bianca Gascoigne or Chantelle Houghton…decisions decisions.

Any supersstar that signs for Man City this summer can have a clause written into their contract where they dont have to turn up for away games…cough Robinho cough.

Can anyone else think of any other signing on bonuses?

After seeing the carnage that developed after Darius Vassel flew into talks at Ankaragucu and also analysing Jermaine Pennants move to Real Zaragoza it has made us wonder here at FMpedia as to whether we under appreciate some of our footballers.

Seeing Vassell being mobbed like he was Ronaldo brought a massive smile to our faces becuase we think he is pretty average. He is a decent footballer but nothing too special.

Zaragoza were so keen to sign Pennant that they bought him a Villa and a car to secure his services. Not only that but he will be earning a whopping £80,000 a week. wonder how many peseta that is!!!

Again just an average Premier League player but viewed as superstars to foreign clubs. Do we under appreciate our footballers?

You can now add Gabriel Obertan to that list after he completed his move to Manchester United a couple of weeks back.

Will be quite interesting to see how his career develops at Man United as he is one of the best young wingers on the game. We remember him from a few FM’s back becuase he reminded us of Trezeguet because I think he was argentinian at first and then went on to represent france! Somehting like that anyway
